Content~Data Protection and Privacy Policy
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure but unless we are negligent, we will not be liable for unauthorised access to information supplied by you.

We collect only the basic personal details required to process your order, including your name, address, phone number and email address. We do not collect your credit/debit card details. This is handled separately by our payment partner WorldPay. We will not release your name, address, email address or any other information about our customers to any outside party. We will not trade, resell, sell, or redistribute information that you provide to us, to any other companies, organisations or individuals.

We use Google Analytics, Yahoo! SEM and website log files to track & report on the behaviour & conversion of visitors to our site. Both Google and Yahoo! services set a "cookie“ to track visits, which we store on your browser. You can modify your browser settings to prevent this happening and the site will still work for you.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EU we will always obtain your consent first.

Your information provided to us during the ordering process is protected by 128-bit industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide encryption of personal information such as your name, address and credit card details. This server encrypts information while it is being transmitted across the Internet so that unauthorised people cannot read it.

Email Policy
There are several situations (of which the following five are the most common) where a customer or partner would share their email address with us:

1) To request an eSample of one of our wedding invitation ranges;
2) To request a full Brochure be sent to them by email;
3) To set up a User Account during the ordering process;
4) To sign up for our Mailing List; and
5) To contact us outside of hours with a support request.

To re-iterate, we will not release your email address or any other personal information to any third party. If you have provided us with your email address, we will use this address to make contact with you for the purpose you intended. We will also send you complimentary monthly newsletters and occasional special offer emails (to notify you of an excellent offer you might otherwise miss).

The purpose of this policy is to ensure that you are kept informed and that you never miss out on a great offer from WI4U. We categorically do not intend this regular contact to cause offence. As such, we support and fully subscribe to the provisions of the C-SPAN Act in the United States and apply this to our dealings worldwide. In practice, this means we:

1) Limit newsletter & promotional emails to a maximum of three per month;
2) Place an unsubscribe link at the bottom of all emails, so customers can opt out of future mailings.

We keep this policy under review at all times.
