Content~Delivery Timescales
We deliver all orders within 28 days of a confirmed order, both to mainland UK & worldwide. Your order is confirmed once you have agreed with us the precise text of any personalisation elements (for example personalised wedding invitation wording). For our elegant range, non-personalised items and/or orders comprising solely of wedding favour items we will endeavour to deliver more quickly (normally within 14 days). We reserve the right to meet your order through multiple shipments (so that we can bring you your products as efficiently as possible).

Delivery Charges
We make a standard delivery charge of £15 for all UK mainland deliveries, regardless of order size. Our International delivery charge is £25. The delivery charge will be automatically added to your shopping basket total when ordering. For orders under £30 (typically sample orders) we make a reduced charge of £3 and £5 respectively.

Delivery Method
We use Royal Mail for delivery of most our cards and occasionally CityLink for larger consignments. All our cards are packed in boxes and protected with bubble wrap or in the case of individual cards packed in envelopes with protective wrapping. For your convenience and reassurance, all deliveries to the UK are by Recorded 1st Class and overseas shipments are sent as International Signed For.

Once the items have been dispatched, 90% of UK Mainland orders will be received by the next day (Sundays excepted). Allow up to 5 days for overseas deliveries. All packages require a signature and barcode scan on delivery (as proof of delivery) and can be tracked through the delivery process using online tracking tools.

Please note most of the items we send out will be delivered Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am to 5pm. As many customers are at work between these hours, many find it convenient to add special delivery instructions to their order. For example, there may be a neighbour who can help receive and sign for goods. Alternatively, you could specify a different delivery address when ordering (e.g. your parents address).

Once your order has been dispatched, we send you an email containing a 13 digit referance number that you can use for tracking your order. You can trace your item from 2pm two working days after dispatch. Please visit Royal Mail Track & Trace and enter your 13 digit reference number or call the Royal Mail on 08459 272100. Please note that International Signed For deliveries are only tracked until they leave the UK.

Delivery, Risk & Title
The goods are at your risk from the time of delivery. If delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons under our control we will inform you as soon as possible and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for delivery. We shall not be responsible where any failure or delay in delivery is due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to Acts of God, fires, strikes, and failure of suppliers or distribution partners. In the event of such delay our obligations to you will be suspended for the period of the delay.

If you deliberately fail to take delivery of the goods (otherwise than by reason of circumstances under our control) then without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to us, we may either (a) store the goods until actual delivery and charge you for reasonable costs (including insurance) of storage; or (b) sell the goods at the best readily obtainable price and (after deducting all reasonable storage and selling expenses) account to you for any excess over the price you agreed to pay for the goods or charge you for any shortfall below the price you agreed to pay for the goods.

If you fail to take delivery because you have cancelled your contract under the Distance Selling Regulations we will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for non-personalised goods, less any expenses incurred for failed delivery. Personlised stationery falls under the customised or perishable exemption provisions of the Distance Selling Regulations. We are unable to offer a refund for personlised items that have already been made up to your specifications.
