We have thoroughly researched and tested alternative ordering processes to get the right balance between speed/ease of use and collecting all the data we need to serve your needs. Some of our competitors have up to eight steps in their ordering process. We have only three!

Ordering your Wedding Invitations
From our main navigation, you will be able to browse our extensive range of elegant, unique & handmade wedding invitations. Once you have decided on the range you require, select the quantities you require of the main items and click on the ‘add to cart’ button. A running total of what you have in your basket will be shown at the top of the screen.

Matching Stationery & Perfect Partners
Before you checkout, why not browse our selection of matching wedding stationery, including photo albums, guest books and more. Don’t forget to also look through our ‘perfect partners’ – wedding favours and table items to complement your choice of invitations.

Your Shopping Basket & Checking Out
When you are ready to checkout and pay for your order, click on the shopping basket icon in the top-right corner and you will be taken to the first step of our three step ordering process:

Step 1: Check Order Details & Enter Personal Information
On our first ordering screen, you begin by checking the contents of your shopping basket. Here you can adjust any quantities. You will also specify your location, postage method, preferred currency and payment method. We recommend you also print out a copy of this screen for your records.

In addition to entering your personal and billing address, you will be asked to enter your email address, a contact phone number, your wedding date and a password. The email address and password will be used to create a personal account for you with WI4U (to speed up future orders).

Step 2: Make Payment via Worldpay
Ordering online with WI4U is completely secure; we accept all major credit cards and your card details are processed through a secure connection using a 128-bit secure certificate supplied by Worldpay. This means that the information you send to us is encrypted and cannot be read by anyone other than us.

When you are connected through our secure connection, you will see that the address in your browser address bar beings with an https:// and a key or padlock symbol appears in the bottom bar of your browser. We take every precaution possible to keep your credit card details safe and secure.

Step 3: Personalisation of your Wedding Invitations
After you have made payment you will be taken to the third and final step of our ordering process, where you can personalise your wedding invitation wording and typeface if relevant to your order. If you want to first view some different example wordings, click on the appropriate link. Then, when you are ready, type over the example text we have given you with your own.

Don’t worry if you have any difficulty with this, as we will email you an electronic proof that you can review and change before we formally confirm your order. If necessary, we will call you back on the contact phone number you supplied in step 1 for final confirmation before going to print.
